com·fort zone
/ˈkəmfərt zōn/
noun
noun: comfort zone; plural noun: comfort zones
a place or situation where one feels safe or at ease and without stress.

“times when we must act beyond our comfort zones”

More than once in our lives we come across somebody telling us, “You need to get out of your comfort zone”

What exactly is so comfortable about this ‘zone’? — it’s a mind-numbing condition that makes you stagnant, redundant, and leaves you restless seeing people around you accomplish new things every day.

Anyone stuck in a comfort zone would confess if you pressed a little further that this is not the future they envisioned for themselves. At one point they were ambitious individuals with a drive to explore their passions, conquer ambitions, and pursue true happiness. Now, they ‘re afraid to take risks and move painfully to the back of the crowd…into their bubble of inevitable doom.

Wake up! This zone is infested with weeds stealing drive and passion from your desirable ambitions and will spread until it overruns everything and controls your life.

The ebb and flow of life are what makes it so magical, just like an electrocardiogram…
